For any reservation cancellation, contact us at +687 27 19 80 and send us an email to reservation@arcenciel.nc with one of the following choices:

• We either credit the amount of your order to your account. That amount must be used within one year of the cancellation.
• Or we can reimburse you but you will incur a XPF 500 charge per booking.

Cancelation policy

• XPF 500 cancelation fee for all cancelation more than 12 hours before your trip.
• Less than 12 hours, cancelation is no longer possible.

Oui, nous effectuons des transferts UM avec un transfert aller/retour pour le parent accompagnateur. Néanmoins le transfert retour doit se faire en véhicule privé étant donné que le parent devra attendre le décollage de l’avion afin de pouvoir partir et que les navettes partagées ne seront alors plus disponibles.

For all shared shuttle and private shuttle, you will be driven in a 8-seater Fiat Ducato Panorama that boast a large trunk for all your luggage.

If you are travelling to a hotel in Noumea with our shared shuttle service, you will be transported in one of our luxury 50-seater Scania Touring bus.

Yes, we can transport your pets, however they must be transported in the trunk in an appropriate travel container. Also, we can only accept pets in our private shuttle.
